i got the pcv but havent replaced it yet but
i hooked the ecu up and have a code 2 and 5
code 2 is oxygen content B and the code 5 is map sensor so my question is what components are responsible to trip a code2?

your o2 sensor.
If you have d16, it's on the header
B series I'm not too sure,
They're pricey but bot much because it's one wire. You need a special tool to remove it but they rent them at auto stores

hooked in the pcv valve and have same results idle is mildly better im going 2 try and look at timing in a bit. would the o2 sensor cause lower end problems because once i take off from stop and get pass the BS after 3k rpm or so it stops and acts right
o2 sensor failure will cause poor fuel mileage as it typically forces extra fuel with out proper readings. As far as your map sensor its on the firewall or top of throttle body. what ECU are you using?
you would know if you had vtec when it engaged.
your sputtering problem is caused by the O2 sensor, i have the same problem, swap that and you should be good to go. check your timing also though just to be sure its on point.
map sensor, could be a bad sensor, idk if you have it at the tb or the firewall but try swapping it for one at the junkyard and see if it helps, check the vac lines too.
