Icon3 ES1 ex Auto acting up

Whats Going on World! I have a few questions....
Sorry for the Mutli-questions......
1.At times i start my car and it drops bellow 1000rmps and seems like its gonna die out or when i drive, once in a while it seems to stall out!
2.When i drive it feels like when the gears shift its a sudden pause then picks up or jerks a little.
3. i prob need a wheel alignment and tire balance but after going 60mph-80pmh i let go of the gas peddle and i hear a knocking sound. It only happens between 60-80pmh.
Any Help or Tips on these situations ?

2) seems like a problem with a tranny. I'm guessing its starting to slip. Have you changed out the tranny fluid yet? If not, do so. How many miles u have?

How many miles are on the car? What year is it?

When is the last time you serviced the transmission?

Have you done any other maintenance? What, and when?

Have you inspected any of the mounts and bushings? (transmission, motor, LCA, sway bar, etc etc. Everything.)

Is the MIL on?

Does the "D" indicator flash?

1. Sounds like it's time for a tune-up.

2. Transmission. Check level and condition of fluid. Flush and fill if necessary. If the fluid is full and new(ish) - it's probably time for a rebuild/replacement.

3. Could be a number of things. Start simple. Inspect bushings, mounts, suspension components etc. for cracks, breaks, loose or missing parts, etc.
