Default USDM to JDM CB chassis parts interchange?

No, I'm not looking for the "MaD tItE y01" JDM trinkets, nor am I looking for the latest in F20B VTEC Hawtness. This is simply a lame, ROTM posting inquiry on what mechanical tid bits interchange between JDM and USDM cars.

The folks have a JDM '92 or '93 CB 4dr, powered by the mighty F18A with the awesome PGM-carb. Yes it is weird to look at when the hood is open and a black dinner plate of an air cleaner is sitting on top of the F series. Being the car is in Eire, the parts pricing for the car are pretty hefty. The wheel bearings are about ~150€ each, and then compound that with the ***** dollar exchange you are looking at ~$200 a wheel bearing. F that noise. Stateside you can easily pickup a quality National brand bearing for a whopping 50 bucks.

Are the major wear items that are found on the JDM cars the same as those used on the USDM vehicles? I figure that some of the suspension bushings will be different, but otherwise I'm hoping everything else is the same part.
Be it the wheel bearings, ball joints, brake components(MC will be different of course) so on and so forth.

Is there a way to cross reference Japanese part numbers to US part numbers? Hell I'll take a number/website that has the Hollander of Japan to U.S. parts. Thinking of sending the folks a nice 'care package' of parts to keep ye olde CB in top shape.

Thanks in advance for any and all help.
