well i have an 89 crx dx. 93 cx block, 91 si head, and si tranny still dpfi. it just started yesterday but on cold start ups it kinda sounds like a subaru its a really bad misfire but after about 30 seconds or so it levels out. also at idle every 2 or 3 seconds it misfires. im trying to find the problem before it breaks down. i have no cel on either so i have no clue. my guess is the ignitor or coil but dont want to just throw money at it blindly

sounds like something in the dizzy. go ahead and replace your spark plugs and inspect your injectors, plug wires, and dizzy

 

ok does anyone know if obd1 coil and ignitor wuld work on my dpfi dizzy? and im getting terrible gas mileage right now. 20 in town in a dual point... ouch
