Ephrata, PA - Honda Acura Turbo Kit Partout - Tial, Garrett, RC, Walbro, Mishimoto
I'm parting out my turbo kit as I've just purchased a new car. This kit easily gave me 300whp at 15-16psi and was iPhone dynoed at ~270 hp at 12-13 psi. All you need is to chip your ecm and get it tuned (or I can give you a chip with my last tune if I have one). Everything works, they've been sitting around for a while so cleaning is necessary.
Mishimoto aluminium radiator. Some bent fins, never had cooling issues with this. - $80
4x RC 440cc saturated injectors. Plug right into OBDI, I have plugs for OBDII. Good to 300-350 hp. - $120

2.5 bar Motorola MAP sensor installed in stock MAP housing. Reads up to ~22psi - $20

Walbro 255 HP high flow, high pressure fuel pump - $80
Boost controller hoses and pressure regulator - $10
Tial 38mm external wastegate - $100



Meuteck B18B cast turbo manifold w/external wastegate flange - $80


AC compatible 5 bolt flange 2.5in turbo downpipe with o2 bung (needs cat flange) - $60



Turbo oil feed tap and line - $10 (see pics below)
Garrett t3/t04e 57 trim turbo, has shaft play, needs oversized bearings and probably a new exhaust oil seal. Was cleaned when last removed so may work for ~5k miles no guarantees. Or just swap the cores. Rotates to any angle, with my manifold you will have to trim a tab to make it fit. Oil cooled. Easily can handle 350-400 whp. - $150





Mitsubishi Evo VIII Stock Intercooler. Good for 300-350 hp range. - $80

Integra Intercooler piping and couplers - $40 obo

Subaru STI blow off valve with flange - $10

Boost and AFR gauges and column for Integra - $40

I want the tial wastegate and oil line. What size spring in the wastegate, does it come with fire ring? What size is the oil line?

bump, new pics. @sde780, no new fire ring (see pics) and I think the spring is 8psi but I always used a boost regulator and breather to set it at 12-13 or 15-16 so I'm not sure. I think oil line is 1/4" but I'll have to check, it's steel braided (see tap on turbo to estimate size).
Interested in the 57 Trim. Any damage to the turbo wheels? What's up with the back plate bolts, why are there washers and a nut as a spacer? Any idea of mileage on it?
