He's dead Jim.
I have 95 integra (b18b1) that while on the highway last night started making a knocking noise after a 6k rpm attempt to pass a car. Started quiet and then became louder, especially when accelerating. As i pulled into my driveway it died (lucky). I knew something happened in the motor because it sounds like it wants to turn over but its almost as if there is no compression. It will do one crank and then just give up. So i opened the valve cover to find something odd. Cylinder one sparkplug wouldn't come out because the hexagon for the socket on spark plug had warped or got fried or had just become one with the head. Other ones where fine. What the flip happened?
A lot of maintenance & repairs have been done.
-Just did an oil & filter change two weeks ago
-Spark plugs, wires, are three months old
-Cap and rotor are three months old
-Lot of suspension work
-Fuel lines
-Alternator
-All belts

how did u pull the valve cover off with the spark plug fused to the head. and also it sounds like you broke a rod. I'm guessing oil. did u use the right kind and is there still some in there?
The VC can come off without the spark plugs coming out, although it's not neccessary to remove it to pull the plugs. OP, I'd do whatever you can to get that plug out without damaging your head. Gotta have a look to see what is going on...
Chances are you dropped a valve or something broke loose in that cylinder and it mashed the hell out of the bottom of the sparkplug. If thats the case you'll never get it out. If you can't get it out your next move will probably be to pull the head off.
First mistake was not turning engine off when you first heard the noise.
Second mistake was not turning engine off when noise got louder.
Third mistake, [or just wishful thinking] thinking it was lucky engine did not stall until you got to your driveway.
Forth mistake was trying to start it when you must have known there was a problem
My guess is the first thing that happened is the timing belt skipped a tooth when "attempting" the 6K pass, noise got louder most likely because timing belt skipped more teeth.
It is also a possibility that Gsrsi is correct and you broke a rod or maybe spun a bearing, either way you are going to have to pull the head to confirm/check, a skipped timing belt would result in valves making contact with pistons, resulting is bent/damaged valves.
Not exactly sure what you mean about the sparkplug, can you take a pic and post it? 94

When I heard the noise I briefly pulled over to look under the hood and there wasn't any rattling/knocking so I kept goin. I didn't want to pay for a tow lol being like 3 minutes from home.
It was only when accelerating I would here the knocking so I crossed my fingers and hoped it was like the exhaust shield or something. If i had a camera I would show you what I'm talking about. It just looks like there was excessive heat that melted the hex for a socket on the spark plug so I can't get it out. I'm thinking head replacement?

Well then that was your mistake, "I crossed my fingers and hoped it was like the exhaust shield or something", I have seen more then one Honda/Acura that had a timing belt skip a tooth and no damage was done, but others that where driven, [not turned engine off] after and have skipped more teeth resulting in a lot of damage.
I would pull the head, [your going to have to anyway] and inspect the valves, if there is no damage to the "bottom" of the spark plug you should be able to remove it, pick up one of those sockets for damaged nuts/bolts or "hammer" on a slightly smaller one.94
