Default did I get the right pulley?

I order an Enduro N1 pulley from inlinefour for a B16A engine. When I put it on, I notice the size of the pulley did not match my stock one so I had to buy a new alternator belt. When I called inlinefour thay said that was the correct pulley. Now I am wondering if I REALLY have the correct pulley or do I need to return it and get one for a B18C engine? My B17A engine throws me off because none lists parts for this engine!

I was under the impression that the N1 pulley was indeed smaller to underdrive the alternator, thus saving horsepower. This is what I understood, I'm not 100%.
