You're going to need to provide far more information then that. What is the size and offset of the wheels you have, are you running any camber, has anything been done to the car to increase wheel/tire clearance, etc.... On stock lug studs, the largest non-studded spacer you can safely run will be 5mm thick.

Front and rear camber kits, fenders rolled, stock lug studs, I'll probably start off at a 5mm to be safe like you said and see how it turns out on the meanwhile ill be learning more about offsets thanks for replying & also my rim size is 15" my offset, that I would have to double check tmmrw!

If you want to run camber on the car for the appearance of the wheel/tire setup, you could go with a 15x7 +15 or so (you can use a studded spacer to get to that offset) without damaging your tires due to camber (less than 3 degrees of camber, and you won't experience much camber wear at all, as long as you have your car aligned with 0 degrees of toe).

It's either 6j or 8j x15 h2? Goin to double check on inside rim cause outside has been painted therefore I can't really make out that number!

If its 8j, then you're looking at about +30 or so, before you start running in to improper tire sizing and clearance issues.

6j... you could go with a 0 offset. But, you may not want to, because that's an ENORMOUS spacer.
