Default Ek4 F22A1 swap.. Cylinder 1 getting spark, fuel, but not working properly

Hi there HT...

I have a 1997 EK4 with a F22A1 swap on a B trans soon to be boosted, but I am encountering some problems with it...

Cylinder one has spark, fuel, but it burns MUCH colder than the other ones (checking the echaust with a thermometer), and if I remove the spark plug and/or the injector plug, it makes very little difference, but still, makes more difference when I re-plug the injector then when I remove it..

The engine is a fresh rebuild, with forged rods and stock pistons, head was rebuilt also...

what I noticed is that the valve lash that I setted to 0.30mm is now 0.45 HOT, so I assume I could have a bent valve... BUT, on stock cams, pistons, valvetrain and with the timing set acordingly, that should not have happened....

Ideas?

I´ll post pictures of the swap soon... THanks in advance
