On Garrett's website it lists "Horsepower : 250 - 360"

What turbo do you have?

i have a turbonetics ball bearing turbo 48 trim maxes out at 400 bhp so im looking for something bigger

I got the camshaft today. I didnt realize non-vtec cams arent all the same. I guess the d16y7 is a vtec cam essentially, just without the vtec functionality.... should have researched a little more before i bought on a whim i guess. I'll just sell it local to fund the right cam Thanks! haha
