hey, i have a 94 accord lx with power windows. my window switch for the driver side went bad. i took it apart and the contacts are gone, i called honda and they want 100 dollars and thats outrageous. i havent checked anywhere but honda for this part and i was wondering if anyone on here is parting out their car. id rather not get one from the junkyard wich has prolly been out in the weather for months. thanks!

 

www.hondaautomotiveparts.com im not sure what it would be under, probably window, im sure its there, if it now, just hit up your local junk yard, and just get one, i bet it would be no more than 20 bucks, but dont quote me on that...

Better off probably getting a good condition one at the junkyard... you'll only pay an outragous price for a new one

 

well usually, the junk yards, if and only if, they take 'em out the switches and put them inside of the store... well that's how they do business here in woodinville, WA.
