I have a 1994 integra which i bought 4 years ago with 137k now it has 190k

recently my car takes a couple of tries to start in hot weather but when its cold outside it will start everytime just in hot weather. one time it took 10 mintues to start i tried and tried and it finally started. any ideas will be greatly appreciated
