Default Bisimoto 3.6 D16Z6 Cam V2V Clearance With +2mm Valves

Hey Guys, just bought the Bisi 3.6 Cam for my Z6 and I was wondering if anyone knew if +2mm on the Intake and +1mm Valves on Exhaust would have clearance problems, or if I would need to get valves closer to std size?

Thanks a bunch!

That's some serious valve area with such a small bore. Gotta be pretty heavily shrouded around 1/4-1/2 of the valve. Only thing you can do is assemble it and check man. You gonna take someones word and gamble the motor? Rearrange the pins in one rocker assembly to engage vtec on one intake valve, then check the click clearance....only way I'd trust it is to do it myself.

call bisi....he should be able to answer this.
generally though you dont want to run oversized valves with a large cam.

Bisimoto Level 3.6 can be used with +2mm intake and +1mm exhaust valves. Of course proper engine building and checking clearance's is very crucial. I also highly recommend Bisimoto 76mm forged pistons being they are designed with large valve pockets to clear over sized valves and high lift camshafts.

Bisimoto does also carry over sized +2mm intake in stainless steel and +1mm exhaust in inconel for turbo applications as well Bisimoto Pro-springs with titanium retainers which have been designed and tested for Bisimoto aggressive camshaft profiles like the Level 3.6 Turbo camshaft.
