No check engine light
b16a2 with obd1 conversion. i realize that it would not show the check engine light. did a check but still not sure what is wrong/missing/not connected. anyone has a clue what should i do? any help would be appreciated.
(On the OBD1 harnes) pin # D04, is the wire used to check your CEL. If you are throwing a code and you want to check it, simply ground the D04 wire and the CEL will blink. Counting the blinks are the same as you would be looking at the red light on a OBD0 ecu.

right now it is not throwing codes. but the car seems to function right other than the occasional 2k rpm rev limit, sudden jerking when in 1st or 2nd gear, rpm just drops to almost 0rpm but recovers, low idle after a cold start. but i just need to switch the engine off and turn it back on and the problems just go away... the ecu has been repaired but the problem seems to happen over and over again...
