collector size

how can collectors be made smaller as not long in hight do i need to to reduce the degree of the cuts ?

how tall do you need it to be? i would change the angle also keep in mind by changing the angle you will be able to weld in the center easier

Increase merge angle and decrease actual length of each pipe.

Correct. For ~3" long tubes/pipes for 4-1 collector 18-20deg should be good.
