Someone answer this please...CX vs DX

Is the only difference in the '92-95 CX & DX longblock in the head; ie. 2 valve vs 4 valve? Just thinking I could change the head over and gain a sizeable hp increase.

head, intake, throttle body, map sensor, oxygen sensor, exhaust manifold........

I could go on.......

BTW the blocks are the same
