Default 16" 205/45 all-weather advice

I would appreciate some tire advice. I need a new set of 16" 205/45s. I live in Oregon, so I need all-weather tires.

My priorities are:
handling in wet conditions
tread wear
noise level

My current tires are Kumho Ecsta Asx which have lasted 30,000 miles. I'd like to get 40,000 out of the next set if possible. The Kumhos handle well in the rain, but they are loud. If there is such a thing as a quiet tire in this size, I'd love to know! Thanks.

It doesn't always ring true, but when you increase tread life you will increase road noise.

Consider the Kumho Solus KH16 as a more durable and quieter option
