Default New Project: B20vtec DC4

Sup H-T, i just joined the forums but have been lurking in the background for about 5 years. i just picked up this car about 2 weeks ago, wrecked, not running, for a really good price. Didnt know much about it at first besides what i could see visually. Come to find out one of my friends owned it a few years ago and hes the one who did the swap and told me more about the car.
BUT anyway, here it is when i first got it to my house:

She was FILTHY..but had potential.

some more pics..

After a Wash she came out pretty nice

Specs
'94 Integra LS
Frost White
5 Spd.

The Good:
REV Gunmetal 17x7 Wheels
KYB AGX Shocks front and back
H&R Race Springs
'99 B20Z2 Block
'99 B16(?) PR3-3 Head
Port and polish
GSR Cams
T1R Exhaust
Blox FPR
SRI
Short Shifter
P28 ECU socketed but no chip
'98+ Front Bumper
'98+ Rear Bumper
'98+ Taillights
Amber Turn sigs
OEM Optional Lip Kit all the way around

Car has been sitting for about 2 years, person i got it from said they drove it after they wrecked it, and the radiator was damaged, so they thought they may have blown the hg because it ran hot. so the first thing i do is drain the fluids. About 2 gallons of water gush out the oilpan before i see any sign of oil lol. then i dropped the oilpan to see what it looked like under there..

yum. After Taking the the girdle and oil pickup off and cleaning them up

So heres the to-do list lol
Hood
Radiator
Radiator Support
Driver Headlight
Driver Fender
ARP Rod Bolts
KING Rod Bearings
Golden Eagle 84mm Head gasket
NGK Plugs
Billet Cam Seal
+other stuff i cant remember at the moment

contemplating thermal IM gasket. Havent decided yet. Anway..heres moar pix

Head is really clean

Cleaning the interior up
Started getting everything ready for the new hg,everythings already been disconnected and heads ready to come off, also took the ac compressor, condensor and all ac lines off

Currently awaiting some money to clear so i can start buying parts.. cant wait to get her running! anyway thanks for reading and stay tuned for more updates..

Ouch, that's some pretty serious damage, funny thing is even though it's been in an accident it still looks good lol. Good luck with the build bro and can't wait to see her fixed.

I thought the same thing haha thanks.

So Today i decided to take my fuel pump out and inspect it since its been sitting.. and this is the result

pumps covered in rust..i somewhat expected it so its not too big of a deal..this is what the tank looks like, unfortunately full of "gas"

..and the list gets longer lol

havent updated in awhile, its been so cold lately i cant stand to be outside more than 5 minutes lol. But i did order the Golden Eagle headgasket, head bolts, and full aluminum 2 row radiator.

Also might be picking another integra, runs just has a "blown" trans as the guy said, its cheap so ill prob get it and take the motor out for a spare and part it out.

Doesn't look like the OEM Optional Lip kit. Besides that don't seem so bad.

There is more than one optional kit i believe.
The sideskirts are stamped with Honda, pretty sure the front and rear lips are too though. its rare, ive only seen a couple of them

Yes i was in the process of uploading pics, i got a little bit done, i yanked the carpet on the inside, no pics of that though. I also decided to pull the head since it was decent weather, was a pita by myself so i got the lift out lol.

Got some bad news though once i pulled it off...pics will tell the story

and there it is...
you can see in this pics where the gasket blew in between the cylinders. i had to take a smoke break after seeing that. The Cylinder walls are rusted, MUD and water/rust on top of the pistons. How someone could let this happen is beyond me.

Holy ****! How the hell? That's god awful. That's not bad though dude, just pressure wash the b!tch, I did that when I took my first head off my teg after sitting at the previous owners house for 2 years, all the coolant around the cyliders turned to cylica (looks like jelly) so I pressure washed the **** out. Take off the water pump as well and pressure wash through there. But DAMN dude, that's some nasty ****. Some people (previous owner) should not be aloud to one nice cars...
