F23 crank oil inlet?
The short answer is oil galleries in the crank. A more detailed answer, although not Honda engines, is here:

right..i get that...but the oil pump bolts to the block...the oil is sent to the crank and everything...there is a lil hole on the pump that has a o-ring...that goes on a hole that leads to the crank carrier through the block...is that where the crank gets the oil? or is it getting it from somewhere else? reason im asking is i am doing a B/S delete..and that hole with the o-ring is one that needs plugged.

Down around post #11 is the best I can do.
Damn, I wish I could get to sleep. But hey, if I am up, I might as well be productive.

the hole circled in red...on the back side..where it meets the block and has a o-ring...does that hole feed everything with oil is what im asking? cuz where that hole meets at the block...that hole goes into the crank carrier.
If that hole leads to the main bearing (carrier), yes. That is how the crank is fed.
I did not realize you were looking for such a specific routing question. Sorry. Re-reading I see what you were asking.

oil travels from the pan (sump) into the oil pump, is pressurized and travels into the block from the pumps outlet which is just below the water pump. from there it's a straight shot to the oil filter on the back of the block. from the filter the flow is diverted up to the head past the pressure sensor and down into the crank girddle/bridge/brace. the internal passages here feed each main bearing.
follow the instructions with your kit or that you've found online if you're doing DIY. they're good.
if my explaination isn't clear enough i may have a chance to post some pics later.
