Is there any way to tune an OBD2 Civic????

so my question is are there any engine management systems in which i can tune my 2000 civic and still pass MASS inspection? please help any info would be appreciated.

AEM EMS-$1,000 (apx.). That's only if MA allows piggyback units.

buy a obd2b to obd1 jumper harness run a obd-1 ecu then swap in your obd2b ecu for inspection then go back to the tuned ecu .
