When start, I have no problem but when warm the engine goes up and down from 1000 to 2500rpm?
Is it my S300 idle calbration? or my Idle sensor or valve?

Has the S300 been tuned for your particular engine? What mods does your engine have? If the S300 hasn't been tuned for your particular engine and you don't have any engine mods, I would load a basemap for an Integra Type-R (B18C5). Otherwise, I'd take your car to a tuner and have the S300 tuned for your particular engine.

It sounds like you have a vacuum leak. Google fast idle thermo valve rebuild.

Yes I think so, I have a Eldeldrock Victor X with the stock valve idle.
