Default Upholstery coming unglued...

The fabric on the door panels has come unglued. What would be best to glue it back in place, whats the best way to glue it back in place and is there anyway to take the armrests off the door panel to tuck it in the spots they cover?

Thanks

I have done it on a few 96-00 civic panels and I am sure you can do it on other years and models. It usually takes drilling out the plastic rivets on the back of the door panel and using screws and washers when you want to reassemble it.

Oh gosh. I feel like I would mess that up. What glue would you recommend?

regular spray adhesive would work pretty well but it wont hold up nearly as well as oem so make sure you do a good job glueing it down.

My moms 02 civic has this same problem. Just glue the back of the fabric and take your time laying it back down. I used good ol crazy glue from the 99 cent store. It holds up but after awhile you gotta go back at it again. If you end up using some sweet glue
Let us know man

contact cement has been known to hold up really well the problem is that once it is applied correctly if you lay the material down with any imperfections they are there to stay.
