And also when I rub the gas pedal all the light in the cluster is shows and when I let go my foot in the gas pedal the main relay makes tick sound and there a smoke coming on under the steering column.

Smoke = bad

But the idle raising from you pressing on the brake lights is also supporting a bad wiring issue. Your motor has to work harder to power the battery (via alternator) that supplies current to your tailights. In simpler terms, by pressing on the brake and illuminating the tailights, your car needs to idle higher to turn the alternator. Causes could be:

Bad battery
Bad wiring* Most likely this one
Bad idle valve, your idle should be controlled in these situations

Ditto the above^^^ smoke = very bad, i would disconnect the batt. until you find the problem, you could potentially burn your car to the ground.

Smoke means there is a short, and if it continues to do so means improper wiring and/or improper fuses or no fuses.

The first thing I would look for is that the fuses are the proper size, [amperage] for the loads, [locations in the fuse boxes].

You will then have to find what is burning, this may mean pulling the dash so you can inspect the dash harness, you may be able to see something without pulling the complete dash, just pull lower dash trim so you can have a better look, if there was smoke it should be easy to spot the burnt wiring. 94

When you step on the brake pedal, do you also hear a hiss from under the dashboard? If so, your brake booster is leaking air.

I think somebody has made a very bad mess of the wiring. You just bought this car, didn't you?
