ok i have a 96 coupe with b18a1 and ys1 trans. my first and main issue is that it seems my car is going into limp mode or something.... if i floor it quickly it bogs out but if i rev slow ive seen 4100rpms.
with the a1 i do hae the obd2 ls ecu and dizzy.
before yesterday i was trying to run an obd1 with con harness. today i went and bought the obd2a p74. today i ran the codes and got iac (not hooked up) map sensor (already swapped tb) oxygen sensor codes and cfk..... i just did the cfk by-pass and it didnt fix my problem. ive used a brand new dizzy, plugs, wires swapped from y7 to b1 injectors ive checked timing and ive had two other people look at too to make sure i was right


just before i came in it was back fireing flames from tb
anyone have any ideas id realllllly appricate it im going nutz

first, make sure map and tps plugs are not switched.

hook the iac up, obviously. cfk code won't affect anything.

 

Not switched and iac now hooked up and still... Nothing

 

Finally getting somewere.... Hood up vaccum gauge and it said bad timing lol. Apparently my boy set the timing at the wrong mark. ..
