Default canister and purge valve removed

hi, i bought a 97 ex and swap all my ls vtec turbo, sometimes i feel a strong
gas smell. I check for leaks and nothing then i realize the car not have purge
system the hard line is plug with a screw, when the car is running and shaking
and you stop at a ligth the smell it's hard. Only thing on mind is route a 3/8"
line to the turbo inlet but need to fab a pipe cause i use the filter direct on the turbo.
