Only one condition as to why its so cheap, one of the runners has a half weld that was not completed. Any good welder can fix that issue and make it complete or you can back yard mechanic that ish and jb weld it each time it fails...LOL. Its a really good deal so jump on it before its gone! I will post up pic asap. I got it from a friend but not going h22 anymore.
