I can't tell. Some more info might help. But how much do they weigh? What are they made of?

They might just be a generic brand. Any numbers or stamps on the inner?

The only stamps on the inside are via and jwl. Which I did some research on and they stand for inspections. They are 17X7 and the only thing about weight is 680kg. But I think that one is how much load that wheel can take. Correct me if im wrong.

He meant to put them on a scale to see how much a single wheel weights.
Should be b/w 17-21 lb. or 8-10 kg.
