Default Overheat with solid CEL. Fixed overheat but unknown cel

My heater hose blew so my engine over heated a little. It has a CEL on but I can't seem to jump the code. It just stays solid instead of giving me the long and short blinks. Any idea what the problem could be? Overheating problem already fixed but just wondering what the CEL would be about. Car is a 1994 Civic EX.

Reset the ECU. Does it come back?

Started car this morning and it didn't come on again. Drove about 40 miles and it didn't come back on either.
