Hi guys

Im bilding a civic d16y7 turbo set up and im changing my radiator but i not to sure what to take between the 2 row or the 3 row is there a big diferance ? And i dont want it to overheat :p

You should be fine with either. The 3 row usually makes for a thicker core, increasing capacity. The more rows, the more surface area the coolant sees while traveling through the radiator, thus making it more efficient. The only possibly "downside" to having a 3 row is the capacity increase, making your car take slightly longer to warm up.

i wouldn't bother with the 3 row. your d series will blow up before the radiator becomes an issue.

 

Maybe but a thiker rad is not a bad thing to have when you have 300whp and its 30 degree out side

 

i guess. i have a 2 row and making 480whp and its working fine.

 

Doesn't mater if the rad is efficient.

 

2or3 row rad are pretty good as i can see of what you guys are talking about .
