Icon2 2005 Civic Hybrid sensors

My engine light kept staying on and I took my car to the dealers in July and had a new sensor installed. 3 months later the engine light goes on again. I took it back to the dealer and they said it needs a new different sensor. I asked how many sensors are there and the man said 2 no I think maybe 3. How do I know if they did the correct work in July and I really need a new sensor? Can I put the sensor in myself? Is there a handbook on repairing a 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid? It costs so much money to take it to the dealers. Please - any help would be great!!! Thanks

you might wanna start by stating what sensor your talking about, as your car has many.

But judging by your reference to 3 and your car being a hybrid i assume your talking about your O2 sensors, which you would have 3.
what Code is the CEL throwing? that would help narrow down your problem.
