Hey guys I have a question, I have a 95 integra gsr and I have a short in the dash wiring harness. I was wondering if i can use a harness out of a 96-01 integra. The part numbers are different 94-95 same part number but 96-01 different part number. Probably bc of being 0bd2 and mine being obd1. I could fix mine there is only 5 wires that are burnt but fixable. I guess I'm just wondering if anyone has used another year in there car?
If the part numbers are diff. then most likely it is more work to mod the 96-01 harness then to repair your harness.
Why not hit up your local bone yards, [PicknPull] and see if you can find a good harness out of a 95-95? 94

I mean I could try but I might just be better off fixing mine with some soldering and shrink wrapping it
I dont know if its this simple, but can you use a 96+ cluster like you are saying and just buy an ob2 ---> obd1 (thats what you currently have right?) jumper harness and just swap the new harness and jumper in and call it a day?
A lot of work, but its just an idea. I also have a complete 96 car harness sitting around if you wanted to work out a deal. I crashed back in May and tore the entire car down to bare chassis. When I swapped over to a new shell I didnt need it since im on an obd1 ecu w/hondata.... new shell (94 gsr) just plugged right into my ecu since its obd1 so I have no use for the harness out of the 96.
