Ok so im looking into getting some low offset wheels, its between 10-25 don't want to go more then that. Now my question is do I have to get my fenders rolled for ether 10 offset or 25 offset? Any help would b appreciated thanks

Without knowing the width of the wheel, the offset is rather irrelevant. You could always get a 15x1 -140 and it would fit without having to roll your fenders.

You're going to need to roll your fenders and run minor camber for a 15x8 +35, let alone anything with a lower offset. So, its safe to assume that you'll need to do some serious metal work to get clearance for properly sized tires.
