Default B20 vitec working on only 2 cylinders

Hi guys,

I have a major problem hope some of you with more experience than me with buildng engines can help figure out this problem.

problem is we build a fresh b20z block with YCP 11.8 comp ratio pistons, news rings bearingc etc for my brother's car, we brought the block to a local machine shop and they sleeved and resurfaced the deck of the block we used a GSR head on it with BC springs and retainers and supertech flat valves. We use Skunk2 cams stage 2 and we do not get clearance on the exh valves. Since this head was a damaged head in the past ( valve drop on number 1 cylinder) which the machine fixed for us I decided to change head and go for a bone stock non damaged b16 head and used the complete valve train and LMA's assembly from the gsr head I mentioned before. Same thing no clearances at all on any exh valve.

So today I decided to take out the SK2 cams and put ITR cams in there same thing. I was only able to put the intake valves clearance at 015mm.

When we start the car it will start right away and idles on only 2 cyl.. and those are numbers 1,4, they have 210 in compression test and the 2,3 cyl that are not working properly have 120.

Can any one help me figuring out what os going here.

Looking fwd to any answer that might help us fix this problem.
