If you ar using a GSR head you are completely fine. The GSR head has 31mm valves where as the B16a head has 33mm valves. The pistons in the B20 have valve reliefs for 31mm valves therefore you are cool with a GSR head. If you use the B16A head the only problem you will encounter is that you cant advance the cams more than a few degrees or else the valves will tap the pistons. Hope this helps some.

What about b20z pistons with a b16 head milled .030 and 200 JDM ITR cams w/stock cam gears?

dont mill the head
and you might have problems with the ITR cams if you advance your timing more than a degree or 2
while the head is off the b20, cut the valve reliefes 2-3 mm

Well the head is already milled .020.....The guy who had it before me had it p&p and milled at the same time. How would I cut the valve relefes? With a dremal?
