Default Condensation in oil pan from vented valve cover

Pulled my pan today to change out the gasket and noticed some condensation oil mix where the main block vent goes up to the valve cover. Anyone else have issues like this with there vented setups?

Yes I have this happen every once and a while. As a matter of fact the first couple times I noticed it I freaked out and thought that I blew my head gasket! Then I realized that I just vented the motor and calmed down, hahaha!

Yeah it bothers me even though its never been an issue. Probably exacerbated by cold temperatures outside

Yes the colder it gets the more I see. It seems to evaporate as the engine warms up though.

just make sure the motor sees full operating temps for decent amounts of time to evaporate it all off.
