No Fuel Pressure/ Fuel Pump not working with ECU
i have a b16a2 in an 01 integra. the guy i got it from had a chipped gsr ecu (37820-P72-AO3) and the car starts with it, except for it idles soo high (1,200-1,500 rpm). when i try the usdm 00 civic si ECU (37820-P2T-A11) no fuel pressure, and same for the jdm ctr ECU (37820-PCT-J11). I am assuming that my fuel pump isnt turning on with the OEM ECUs. just got done putting in an 01 gsr harness to see if that would eliminate some codes, trust me that was on was soo cut up. when i start it, same as with the cut up harness, it cranks, but new fuel pressure. its a b16a2 block, with a b16a1 intake manifold, and a b16 (yrs 89/90) head.
so on the harness there are some plugs that are not plugged in. any ideas as to why it wont start with the oem ecus? please help.

Have you checked at the PGM-FI Main Relay to make sure that it is grounded, [black lead] and that it has the 3 powers, [12V constant, 12V switched and 12V when starting] and that the problem is no ground signal from ECU/ECM and not something else? 94
i figured it out. its because my intake manifold is from a b16a1, (98-91 civic si/crx si). this manifold does not use a purge valve. and im using a obd2b gsr harness, with obd2b ECUs. the ECUs are "looking" for this sensor and consider it not detected, therefore fuel pump doesnt turn off ---> no fuel pressure. the chipped gsr ECU must be chipped to bypass some sensors which is why it is the only ECU that starts the engine. just in case u were wondering. so i need to get a new intake manifold i guess.
