Nice. Suspension is a good place to start. Actually, tires are an even better place to start!

What are your goals/preferences for this car?

What are your goals for this car? Very clean car by the way!. But you need to make this car how you want, and do what you want to it, don't do to it what everyone else tells you, then your car will be just like everyone elses, or how they want their car. Make it your own man, be different. Do your own setup. Do some research and make it your own! Just my thought.

For that price maybe Koni/GC is a better bet. IDK about Type 2s but FF1s are rather poorly made.

Any opinion on skunk 2 coilovers? I'm going to slam my teggy after Christmas. I'm sort of a newbie can anyone give a list of parts that I'm going to need to do this. I don't really want cheap. I want it done right. Sorry if this makes no sense.

Nice Teg! The paint is immaculate!

I wouldnt advise slamming your car, but hell you can do whatever you want. Here is some good reading material on suspensions: https://honda-tech.com/forums/suspension-brakes-54/click-here-all-you-curious-about-suspension-setups-their-costs-reliability-2967499/

Helped me decide on which suspension set up I want. I chose Koni/GC for their lifetime warranty, adjustable, and overall great quality parts.

Skunk2 makes some parts to a very high quality (valvetrain parts come to mind), but their suspension parts have a poor reputation. It's probably a good idea to sticking with brands that have positive word-of-mouth (Koni, Tokico, Progress, Billstein come to mind)

I had Skunk2 coilovers on my old Integra, they lasted 7 years until I sold it. No problems at all and was constantly lowering and raising.

The main issue with Skunk2 suspension parts is the upper control arm ball joint slipping out of place.

I've seen pics of SK2 with stripped threads

So few people have driven on multiple brands of suspension pretty much everything you hear is anecdotal.

Suggestion, if you're keeping a plateless front end, get the paint matched plugs or shave it, it'll be a noticeable improvement.
