Sounds wierd, but my battery light comes on when I crank the car, and and then when I begin to drive it goes off when I use the the throttle. When I shift gears (let off the gas) it flashes back on.

I've checked my grounds, and they all seem to be intact (3 grounds I believe), and the battery has juice. There's no problem starting the car. Any ideas? The car is a 91 hatch, factory d15b2 w/ dpfi. Thanks.

 

sounds like the alternator is going bad also check your belt tension

It is definately your alternator. Sounds like it only works under a load.
