99 Honda Civic - Rough idle, stalls at full open throttle
Hi,
Trying to get my 99 Honda Civic EX up and running again. Currently it is difficult to start, idles very rough @ around 600-700 rpms, and will stall if you press the gas pedal to hard. The only CEL code being thrown right now is #65 Secondary oxygen sensor heater wire.
I recently replaced and calibrated the throttle position sensor, and replaced the ECU which was bad.
Any ideas on whats wrong with it?
