got a 91 crx base auto with 136k 100% stock. just recently experienced really bad shaking @55mph and above, drives perfectly fine below 55. def coming from under the hood steering wheel doesnt shake, feels like maybe fuel cut out or maybe mounts?
Also one of my spark plugs is filling up with oil. i pull out the wire and its full of oil. rest are dry just recently changed all the seals in the head.
please advise to both problems! thanks

 

the shaking could be a number of things, check tie rods, steering, check axles and tires, also the seals might of went bad if u didnt put them in correctly i had the same problem with my car, take the valve cover off and recheck everything

 

Oil on top to the spark plug wires will be your spark plug ring seals on the valve cover.

 

i have new tie rods and axles..its the motor that is shaking feels like the car is getting fuel cut out as soon as i hit 55 so the motor is bucking. under 55 drives like a dream it also does it for a couple mins when i start my car when its been sitting. put all new seals cuz thats what i thought it as before i changed them due to getting oil in the spark plugs.

 

How does the motor do under load at high rpms. Could be a clogged fuel filter.

 

That may be it..ima try it.
