WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I PUT MY B20 HEAD ON MY B18 BLOCK?

Most likely lose power. If you need it as a replacement (b18 block blew valves or snapped a cam), then yeah, it will work, and you won't need to get it tuned.

I would use your LS camshafts and intake manifold (if possible)..... Good luck! Hope they are from the same OBD
