YCU Built/Tuned Stock Sleeve Built LS 422/309
The car was just recently finished last week and tuned by Arthur Valenti @ his shop: YCU Dyno Tuning Specialist in York, PA. I witnessed the car make 80whp while staying at 13psi(wastegate pressure). The goal was to reach 400whp with out maxing the duty cycle of the injectors. It was reached and passed by 22whp @ 14.5psi. The next day both axles snapped at the knuckles while my friend was making a pull(He has a stock LS trans with a Quaife LSD)

Most of this was due to the head work done in combination with the web cam. Setup still lacks other parts that will be upgraded later on for more boost.

See my thread I only made 355whp with my built b16 setup on this dyno on 17 psi, and I've walked away from a 600cc sport bike on the highway.
Just saying.
BTW it's 14.5 psi and 422whp lol

nice numbers...! For 14 psi even if you had a vtec head those would still great numbers for such low boost.
hows the ls tranny with the boost..? I normally like to run a gsr tranny but i came across a ls tranny cheap so im gona run that on my new setup and was hoping it would be better for dd car and traction on the street. Also your really making me consider not putting on my gsr head on my ls block! Good work guys.

Wow this is your response due to your ignorance. Man some of you kids have a lot to learn about tuning and a proper setup. Tuning is a science / art, that must be understood with every setup tuned. E85, 93 octane or whatever type of fuel needed to make combustion to create rotational force, is a science that most won't ever understand why or how come what they do when it comes to tuning. So yes I would have made these number with pump gas depending on the scientific measure of the proper chemical elements to create proper power. Take it how you want, it is what it is.

All you did was talk insult him, say "tuning is a science," and that burning fuels create rotational force.
The fact remains: Yes, you might have been able to stretch that engine to reach 422whp on pump gas. But, whatever the power limit for pump gas is, E85 has a higher one.
Also, if the engine would run fine on pump gas, why it even using E85?
