I have the money and I found a Supercharger to put into my car but Some people tell me it won't make much of a difference does anyone think thats true or will it?

to answer you, yes a supercharger will add a nice gain. Now what is under your "other mods" to make you run a 12sec 1/4 time? I've seen cavaliers with 75 and up shot's that only manage low 15's and that's with the exhaust, header, intake.
