Not Running Secondary Butterflies Symptoms?

I'm just curious at what a car can do if the secondaries are not wired up?
I:e - can it run rich? not fully engage vtec?, lag at certain rpm? ....etc..

(not saying i don't have mine hooked up) just curious about this situation.

No just want info about what Would happen not having your secondaries hooked up can do.
I have a eldebrock intake manifold so i'm fine.

Just Curious about what symptoms can cause not having them hooked up.
