You could rent a Port-a-power and use that to bend it back if you could rig up something to push down against...

I wonder if a very, very powerful slide hammer might work as well.

Same thing happened to my friends car (he jacked the car up from the radiator support) we removed everything, radiator, condenser, bumper, bumper support and we removed the bolts for the hood latch. Basically I got a heavy sledge and pounded it until it reverted back to its original form. One annoying thing you have to do is keep re mounting the hood latch and test fitting the hood shut again. Its not professional but it works.

edit- after looking back at the pictures the damage looks a little more serious than I first though. I would take it to someone who has the proper tools to straighten that out or weld a new support in. Good luck homie.

Your radiator support will have to be replaced. About $280 from honda. You can try to bend it back but it will never be perfect again. I'm going through a similar deal, but i'm taking my car to the body shop to get it on a frame machine. They charge $60/hr and by the looks of it, will take an hour or two to straighten it out, thus why you might as well replace it.
