Default Cranks / turning over slow at first, then faster, and faster? Why?

When I try to start it I wait for the fuel pump, make sure everything is off, and crank.

The engine turns over super slow, wooooomp, woooooomp.... But if I keep holding it, or I turn the key off and then on again, it starts getting faster....

Woooooomp, Wooooomp, womp, womp, wa, wa, vroom! (like my effects?)

How could turning over the engine get FASTER?

Sounds like the starter is dragging

Alternator starts adding juice to your weak battery?

Battery or starter could be on it's way out.

both are simple fixes.
