Crushed intercooler, look and tell me about it
my hypothesis, no it wont affect performance enough to notice it....However i would do a pressure test. if its leaking then that is a different story.
No
not at all
its only the outer case ( just put a long steel bar across the top and use a bollt to pull it back straight..
the wide stripes are what you need to worry about and the end tanks
also do a pressure test if your concerned about it
Hope this helps

Yeah, it's only the outter case, not where air is actually flowing. I wouldn't worry about pulling it back, just stick some washers inbetween it and your mount to keep it all straight.
Pressure test and fix any leaks with JB Weld.

Same way as mine was delievered... They offered to replace it..but I was too lazy...You don't really notice it on my car w/ the bumper cover on anyways..
I was in iraq when I ordered mine so it would've been a long painful process to get it exchanged. I just hoped for the best lol.
That intercooler core looks like CRAP! It is not dense at all. You should see twice the fins in there to dissipate the heat. I would guess you got this off ebay?
