Safe for pump gas?!? Built GSR 10.6-1 comp
Hey guys, wanted to get ur opinions. I'm building a new setup and was wondering if I could have a safe tune on pump gas. Yea I know all the normal stuff with detuning, pull timing, but the kicker is the compression. Checkout the list and tell me what u think.
GSr GE 84.5 block. GSR crank
Crower h beams.
Wiseco 10.6-1 turbo pistons
Built b16 head,
Precision 1000s injectors
GSR cams,
One Bosch on a sumped tank.
Precision 6266/ top mount t3
If I did do a pump gas tune I wouldn't push it over abt 16-18psi. Little timing.
Stock GSR compression is like 10.2-1 and I made 388hp at 16psi on a sc61 with a bone stock GSr with headstuds and no timing. It blew up at the track
,,,, had c16 and turned it up to 30psi lol got a few passes in. Lol
