Default Seat swap question

I have a 99 Civic 4 door. Anyway, I've been putting some serious miles on it lately and I've notices my butt gets really sore. More than any other car I've driven. I'm guessing the seats are worn out, and they probably weren't that great to start with. Is there a good cheap swap that I could do that could up the comfort level? For instance, some acura seats of some sort that I might find at the local pick and pull? Thanks for any help.
