Default Idle problem

I have a 97 civic hatch dx and it idles from 2000 to about 3000 I've been reading forums to see what to do but everything I do doesn't work. I cleaned the sensors throttle body. I replaced the map and
Iac sensors I also replaced a few hose just I case air was my system as some people say if u have any other options please let me know thanks

get a bottle of brake cleaner/mass air flow spray.
spary it around intake manifold and throttle body and also all vaccum lines. if idle changes its a vaccum leak.
But im thinking iacv (idle air control valve)

Yeh I changed that bit imma switch it again people were yelling me tps but I doubt it but it doesn't hurt to try
